In our restaurants as in our homes

A dream of people from different generations, but with the same passion for the restaurant sector, from the very start the Grupo Non Basta has focused on creating restaurants that are extensions of our homes.

That is why we harvest from our vegetable garden, in partnership with SEMEAR, and all the pasta, sauces and preparations are prepared every day in our production kitchen. More than customers, we treat everyone who visits us like family.

We are demanding and restless by nature, and we do not know how to stand still. Growth is inevitable, but we do not want to do it at all costs. For us, businesses are people, and we make a point of looking after our own by creating safe spaces where freedom, diversity and respect are non-negotiable.

The story of the Grupo Non Basta began in 2017 with the creation of the brand that would inspire our name, Pasta Non Basta - first in Avenidas Novas and then in Alvalade.

Not satisfied with one brand, we got creative and in the following two years we opened two new restaurants, Memoria, in Campo de Ourique, and Provincia, in Avenida da República. Always in residential neighborhoods, if it weren't for our family origins.

In 2021 we plucked up courage and left Lisbon for the first time. In Carnaxide, we opened Margarida and our production kitchen. After a short break to catch our breath, in 2024 we returned in force with two openings: Madrasta, in Paço de Arcos, and another Pasta Non Basta, this time in Cascais.
