Madrasta's cuisine is based on Mediterranean inspiration, whose main influences come from Portuguese and Italian gastronomy, but where there really are no limits. With a democratic offer, where there is room for classic dishes, but also for more creative proposals, always emphasizing quality produce and simplicity in their execution.
